Ginger Glazed Pork Tenderloin

A mouth watering glazed pork tenderloin with a hint of molasses and ginger.

  • Servings: 4
  • Cook Time: 45 Min
  • Main Ingredient: Pork

  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup Brer Rabbit® Full Flavor Molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Emeril's® chicken stock or broth

Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small bowl, blend molasses, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and cinnamon. Arrange pork in small roasting pan and generously brush with glaze. Roast 20–25 minutes or until it reaches 145°F, brushing frequently with glaze. Remove pork, place on cutting board, and wrap with aluminum foil. Place roasting pan over medium-high heat and deglaze pan with red wine, stirring frequently, scraping up bits from bottom of pan. Combine flour with broth, add to pan along with remaining glaze. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until thickened. Slice pork and serve with glaze.
