Easy Oven Ribs

Ribs with a sweet and spicy coating.

  • 6 lb. pork ribs (cut into 2-rib portions)
  • 2 tsp. Accent® Flavor Enhancer
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Brer Rabbit® Full Flavor Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Trappey's® Lousisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Wright's® Liquid Smoke


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange ribs in one layer in large open roasting pan; sprinkle with Ac'cent. Bake 1 hour; drain fat from pan. In bowl, mix ketchup, syrup, hot sauce and liquid smoke. Bake ribs 30 minutes longer, brushing frequently qith sauce.
